Project: Provo River Section 6(f) Conversion and Environmental Assessment

Client: Provo City
Description: Clegg Consult provided assistance to Provo City for converting Section 6(f) property located along the Provo River. The site being converted had been deeded to adjacent property owner. Ron helped the City find a replacement site, coordinated with the State Land and Water Fund Coordinator, prepared and Environmental Assessment, and prepared Section 6(f) conversion documents. The conversion was approved in September 2018.
