Description: Clegg Consult teamed with Avenue Consultants to complete a feasibility study that investigated the possibility of relocating the 1200 South/State Street intersection north to 1150 South. The study looked at various alternatives to relocate the intersection and provided costs, benefits, and impacts for each alternative.
